2Y-Biopharma is a wholly-owned subsidiary of 2Y-Chem. It was established in 2017 as a high-quality CDMO platform, committed to serve the clients in pharmaceutical industry in China and globally, supporting projects at various stages, from pre-IND, through Phase I - III clinical studies, to market authorization applications (NDA/ANDA) and commercial manufacturing，in compliance with the Chinese, US and EU regulations.

There are 8 independent Class D workshops and warehouses built on the GMP facility with total area of ~14,000 square meters according to international cGMP standards. The manufacturing capabilities include oral solid products (including OEB 3/4 anti-cancer drugs) and semi-solid topical/transdermal products. Fully functional quality management systems and QC laboratories have been established on site. DMS, TMS, WMS and EMS systems have been implemented.

The specialty technologies at the 2Y-Biopharma include Solubility-enhancing technology, controlled release technology, oral disintegration tablet and sublingual tablet technology as well as semi-solid formulation technologies.
