Demonstrate the impact of spray-dried dispersion technology on the solubility and in vivo exposure of a poorly soluble API.

Results
• In vitro testing demonstrated that the SDD formulation achieved approximately 70-fold higher solubility compared with the micronized API.
• Pharmacokinetic studies in beagle dogs showed approximately 50-fold greater systemic exposure than the reference API.
These results demonstrate the effectiveness of 2Y-Chem's spray-dried dispersion technology for improving the bioavailability of poorly soluble compounds.
